Emily Campbell previously asked Ambria to change their call time for today and then missed the new time. More details on that in the call log.
We went to see a townhome today. It’s one of the first homes Lili Glomstad showed me when I first decided to start looking again. It has its problems, but it’s very nice overall. Tiffany seemed to really like it. Ambria seems less enthusiastic. I told Lili we’d like to make an offer. She’s going to talk to the builder tomorrow and call me after to work on the offer.
It was a beautiful day outside. The sun was shining and there was a cool breeze. Perfect Seattle late summer weather.
