I had some trouble sleeping last night. My back has been causing me pain at night for the past few days. I woke up at 4am and have been up since.
We accepted the seller’s counter offer on the town home at 4407 42nd Ave SW Unit C. (See 4407 42nd Ave SW Unit C purchase project.) We’ve started planning for move. Our inspection is on 2021-09-02. I have a hundred other irons in the fire to make this happen.
I did a little research on ductless AC. Seems like Mitsubishi is a top choice. I looked at some contractors. I found a highly rated one that installs Mitsubishi. I can’t really move forward with that until we get int the place so they can come out to give an estimate.
I migrated a demo from our new to the current demo system today for Design Media.
Ambria was finally able to get her money out of the bank account Emily Campbell set up for her today. She took out 50 for not tidying her room, and I put $45 in her checking account.
