Tiffany went to the doctor today because of her UTI. It has taken her to a very dark and morbid place. I told her I was noticing it this morning, and she decided to go to the walk-in clinic. The gave her an antibiotic. She already seems to be in a better frame of mind.
Ambria went out with Jacob for a couple of hours today. She asked if she could come back late. I told her to just come back at the time we had agreed upon, and she did.
I tried out some ”green time” today, inspired by a video on the positive affects of it on ADHD. It was pretty cool, and it was good exercise. I did get into some stinging nettle though. That was painful.
