I curate freelance opportunities, looking for those that would be viable for junior developers. Subscribers pay a subscription fee to get a regular email with opportunities (weekly probably makes sense) The list is controlled for other factors besides necessary skill level:
- reasonable pay
- no major red flags

I tested this a while back. Open rates on the free test email were dramatically higher than my other emails, but no one signed up for the paid service when I shared it. I think this audience is unwilling to pay, even low rates for this.
