Complication regarding training data

We already pull in a subset of training data
We need to start pulling in all of it
I need to comb through the report and, everywhere that’s used, start by filtering down to only the types we want for that particular visualization
Need to do this because we’ll no longer be filtered at BigQuery. It will have everything

Not sure we can get this unless we can come up with a definition of “active users” within the context of the CSOD data

Re: breaking down by user roles
- I know we’ve said we want to store the absolute minimum user data. Does storing a role to do this role-based drilldown cross that line? Does that couple with the relationships we have to the user ID cross the line? To what extent to relationships from the user to other content make them personally identifiable from a legal perspective?
- Wait on roles for now
Define “systemwide” as in “systemwide events” and “systemwide learning objects” in terms of the data
- For learning objects, provider is “California Community Colleges”
- For events, Scot may know. Same filters as Vision Resource Center public site calendar
