We had a very long meeting today with Design Media. It was too long. Two hours is too long for a Zoom meeting.
Aside from that, I worked alongside Scot Muncaster to figure out a solution to the image component in the new courseware framework. He did most of the figuring out, but I bounced ideas too.
I set up the repo for the Design Media APSC project… well, mostly. I got it set up, but the Node server isn’t starting properly. I’ll work through that tomorrow.
We got our pre-closing documents. They show the closing costs being paid by the seller being reduced from 3,100. I talked to Scott Casida about it, and he suggested buying points to use the rest. We decided to do that. It will increase our closing cost by 32/month.
I did a little 30x500 course project today. Completed one lesson.
