I love the way Tim Rogers of Action Button speaks. Here are the things I like about it:

  • His delivery reminds me of the Cybernetic Ghost of Christmas Past from the Future when he is telling his long-winded stories.
  • He pauses in the middle of sentences to build dramatic tension or to comedically continue a sentence you thought was finished.
  • He shares his personal opinions and details freely, as if you already know about them, and as if you certainly agree with them.
  • He comes up with silly, memorable names for ideas (like the babychild bigfriend situation from The Last of Us review)
  • More of his content is about the intersection of the thing he’s talking about with his own life than it is about the thing alone.
