Marty found me through my flyer in the mailroom. He said they had tried to work with the other guy who has a posting, but he never called them back.

- Having problems with printer and left a voicemail. Tried calling at 2:15pm and was sent directly to voicemail.
- He called back to say he had bought a printer and didn’t need help anymore. I told him to call back if he needed anything.
- He called back later to say they needed help setting up the printer.
- Went down to set up their new Epson inkjet all-in-one.
- It required an app for some of the set up.
- I printed a few calibration pages and used them to calibrate.
- Then I installed the printer on the computer. MacOS detected it, so it was very straightforward.
- Marty printed some tax documents he needed to sign.
- They needed to scan the tax documents as well, so I downloaded and installed the scanning software.
- It couldn’t connect to the scanner even though it detected it in the setup. I checked the wi-fi settings on the printer’s screen and configured the scanner by manually entering the IP. It was the same one detected previously, but entering it manually seemed to work.
- We scanned the three signed pages, attached them to a reply email, and sent them.
