Joy posted on the William Penn House Google Group that she needed help deleting a Hotmail account. I emailed her some brief instructions and told her I offer services in the building if she needs a hand. She called me back that day. I stopped by and deleted the Hotmail account. I also helped her remove a jam from her Brother printer.
She said she would have some other work for me and paid $50 ahead for an hour of work. She said she will call me to set up a time. I owe her an hour of work.
