Accessories- Shower rod: I thought we were going to have a door
Accessories: could this also include a grab bar in the shower?
“Homeowner will provide/pay for…”: I’m concerned about sourcing the finishes — finding the right items at the best prices, getting them delivered to the correct place, getting around to shop for them since I don’t have a car. Is that something you can help with so long as I pay for the items?
May need shower curtain instead of door since the bathroom door will hit the door
- He will look into doing a panel instead which would fix the door problem but may reduce the space to get into the shower.

Bedroom

“click flooring”- what is it?
“Homeowner will provide… underlayment”- What underlayment is required since the old tile will remain underneath?
“continue the exact same flooring”- Will I need to source the flooring, or can you help with that?

When will we get an estimate for the kitchen?
- Is it any cheaper to do it along with the rest?
What should my cost expectations be for middle-of-the-road finishes?
