- Two smaller single level
- The single level in 1310 is at entry level and has access to a garage door at the back. Maybe could store bike out there and leave out that way without having to ever take it upstairs?
- Larger is at entry level. Could store bike in hall in front of unit. Would have to take it up entry stairs but no more.
- Larger unit has very large living room. Would have room to do anything I want with it.
- Larger unit bedroom has a space that might be nice for an office on the way to the bathroom.
- All units probably have room for office in bedroom, but the smaller ones might be cramped
- VR space in larger unit?
- All units have mini split AC
