- Open any possible hits in new tabs.
- Write a brief for the project and message good candidates asking if they can complete the task.
- Ask how they handle issues where they can not achieve your vision.
- If they counter with revisions as the solution, let them know you have had gigs before where it became clear after a number of revisions the person would not be able to satisfy the brief and ask what they do in that case.
- Select the best candidate.
