Not a lot of meat here. I think he was trying to wow people with the technical aspects of implementing their system so they would hire them to do it. It was largely a tutorial for how to use the tool they built in Google Data Studio disguised as a tutorial on how to build it yourself.

They take data from Google Search Console, dump it to Big Query, and then visualize it in Google Data Studio.
