AppleConnect VPN access instructions for Design Media

• The required software is Mac OSX 10.5 or later (Intel Mac). A PC version is not available.
• To download the AppleConnectInstaller.dmg VPN installer

• The installation from that point forward is pretty self explanatory (you may need to update to the most current version during or after installation).
• Use the same username and password from above when connecting to VPN.
• You may need our Apple PIN:

• After installing and connecting for the first time, right-click the app icon in the dock and select “Configure Apple Networking…”
  • Click “Continue”
  • Wait to be authenticated
  • If 2FA popup, set up 2FA (see below)
• Set up 2FA
  • When logged in, find the 2FA set up option to set up using a Google Authenticator compatible app
  • If you don’t have this option, Tyreisha Foster or a contact at Apple may have to enable it on your account

Once installed, you will need to make sure you are connected to VPN each time you want to access the Apple network:

• Click the lock icon in the top right menu bar.
• Select the Connect option.
• Sign in if needed with the username and password above.

Once connected to VPN, log on to the EHS website:

• https://ehstraining.apple.com
• Username: X00001203
• Password: vUAyfbFm

You are taken to a user profile page initially where there are some saved course links. You can launch each from there by clicking the Continue button, and you can get back to this user page by clicking the EHS logo in the top left.
