I am glad I listened to your podcast on Code Newbie, I would love some advice and a mentor session. A little about me and my background, I am currently Active Duty Navy, I have been in the military for almost 13 years now, for the last 7 I have been a pilot/instructor pilot. Due to some recent health issues that have grounded me from flying, my exit from the military is coming sooner than I thought. I have a few family members who work in tech in one way or another and have recommended me looking at that path since I have learned how to learn through all my experiences. I am currently reading a swift text book from Big Nerd Ranch and taking a course on Udemy from Angela Yu on swift and IOS development. I am married and have four kids and am trying to spend at least an hour every day learning and growing my skills.
