I’d love mentorship. I’m currently finishing up Basic Javascript in FCC. Would like to know/learn how to build my own projects or at least my own small features.

FYI. Here’s a link to the content I’ve gone over in my notes on Evernote. As you mentioned in your article today I’ve probably have lost some of this.

I know notes aren’t very valuable but hopefully they can determine if I have the foundational knowledge to build something.

Code Fellows question

I’m considering going to codefellows 201 301 401 bootcamp. It’s close and convenient to me. I’ve heard great things about it. It would allow me to learn in a group to verbalize concepts around people. And I may get to build the prototype I am currently designing. I think it would bring me closer to actually building something. As mentioned before, I am designing a prototype I am looking to build off of this year (attached to email).

As Zubin Pratap says in this freeCodeCamp podcast interview it’s important to focus one’s learning (preferably using a real life problem, rather than casting a wide net of various tutorials. But it is important to have the foundational knowledge to properly contextualize the information. Do you think Code Fellows would be beneficial in helping me achieve this? Or is it not that necessary?

Here are the courses am looking into taking:

Code-201  I know everything in this syllabus except DOM manipulation, events, event listeners, MVC, and libraries.

Code-301

Please let me know you’re take on this.
