- No. Fully compatible with vanilla postgres. Can manage, scale, whatever separately.
- In Cloud, we manage it for you. For now, you can manage your own using deployment.

- No ETA. Will not happen soon. On our internal roadmap. Low-level tooling will be open source. Will be a Cloud feature.
