Emily asked what she’s doing. She’s about to go grocery shopping. Emily said, “Every Saturday!”
She asked if Ambria’s outfit came, if she’s tried it on, and if it fits. Yes to all. Emily asked if she’s excited. Yes. Emily asked when it starts so she can know when to think about her. Ambria told her it starts at 8pm. She asked if it’s 2 or 3 hours. Ambria said it’s 3 hours. Emily asked if Kian is picking her up. She thinks so. Emily asked if he has a car, an SUV, or a truck. Ambria told her it’s a Jeep Cherokee. Emily told her not to forget to take pictures. She wants to see lots of pictures.
Emily said it’s supposed to be in the 70s today. Ambria told her it’s supposed to get to 72 here today. Emily said it was “gloomy” earlier but the sun came out. Ambria hasn’t been outside yet.
Emily asked if she got her halloween costume yet. Not yet, but she has it ordered.
Emily apologized for jostling her phone around. Ambria said that’s OK.
Emily said she likes Ambria’s shirt. Ambria thanked her and told her it’s pretty old. Emily asked if Ambria had told her she got shoes to go with her dress. Yes. Emily asked her to describe them. They’re sparkly heels with straps. Emily asked if they’re stiletto or “clunky.” Ambria said they’re clunky. Emily asked if she’s tried to walk in them. Ambria has been practicing. Emily never learned to walk in them, so she wears “normal shoes.”
Emily asked if Galaxy is going. Ambria thinks so. Emily said maybe she’ll see her there. Ambria said Summer is going. Emily asked what she’s wearing. Caimen showed her a picture, but she’s forgotten. Emily is excited for her. Emily said it would be 10pm to 1am her time. Ambria said she’s leaving at around 10. Emily asked if she’s getting something to eat afterward. No, she’ll just go home. Emily asked if she’ll eat before with Kian. Probably not.
Emily asked if she needs to buy anything else. Ambria got some sparkly eye shadow. Emily asked if she’s watched tutorials. No, she tried it and it looked good. Emily mentioned her disco ball earrings.
Emily asked if school is going well. Yes. Emily asked if she had a pep rally on Friday. Yes. Emily asked if she went. Yes. Emily asked what they did there. They introduced the fall sports teams. The cheerleaders did a dance. They played games. They announced the winner of the door decorating contest. Emily asked if her class won. Yes. Emily said they should have won. Emily asked if she played any games. Emily said she was always in the band and didn’t get to play any of the games. Emily said she is excited and that is well established since she’s said it so many times.
Ambria asked how Reda is. She’s in therapy for her arm. It’s not as strong as it was last time they started therapy. Emily thinks they start therapy when her arm gets weaker. Ambria said to tell her hi and she loves her. Emily said OK.
Emily asked if she will have good weather when she leaves. Yes. Emily said that’s good so she won’t mess up her hair and makeup for her “grand entrance.”
Emily said she loves her and hopes she has a great time. She will talk to her Wednesday. She reminded her to take pictures.
