Emily asked how she is. She’s OK. Emily said she looks like she’s hot and noted she has on a tanktop. Ambria told her she has covid. Emily asked how she feels. She tested positive on Sunday and is a lot better now. Emily asked what made her suspect she has it. Ambria got achy and had a headache. We all took Covid tests and Ambria’s came back positive. Then, she went to get a PCR and it came back positive too.
Emily asked where she got it. Ambria thinks she got it from the police last week. Emily asked if they didn’t mask. No. Emily asked if she had her mask on. Not at first but she put it on. Emily said something that was unintelligible. She asked if Ambria’s feeling better. Yes.
Emily asked if Nana and Poppy got to come. No, they are rescheduling their trip. Emily said she doesn’t know what to say, but she hates to hear it. Emily said she guesses people are very laxidasical about wearing masks and you can’t be that way. She said even in Trader Joe’s where “like-minded people” shop, she doesn’t see many.
Emily asked if they gave anything for it. She’s just been resting. Emily asked if she went to her family doctor. No, we went to a testing site near Chief Sealth high school that she went to.
Emily asked if she has a cough. Yes, she has a bad cough. She just has that and stuffiness. Sometimes her head hurts but that’s it.
Emily asked if they didn’t let her have a mask. No, she just didn’t have one.
Emily asked if she didn’t do anything over the weekend since she didn’t feel well. Ambria said she went shopping on Saturday, but that’s it.
Emily asked if she likes to drink coffee. No, she doesn’t drink it. Emily said she thought Ambria might want her own coffee maker. Ambria prefers hot chocolate or tea.
Emily said it’s “so hot” where she is. She asked if it’s hot here. Ambria thinks it’s getting to the 80s soon, but today it’s in the low 70s. Emily said it’s been over 100. This week it’s 97.
Emily tried to do yoga last night. She apparently had trouble with it. She asked if it was hard for Ambria at first. Yes, it was at first. Emily remembered when she took the class and asked if it was fun. No, because it was remote and they just watched videos.
Emily asked about her poster. Ambria showed it to her and told her it’s a tapestry. Emily asked where she got it. McKenzie gave it to her. Emily asked if it’s “Juice.” Yes. Emily said she didn’t know Ambria likes him and that she does too. She said Ambria should have told her.
Emily hasn’t “gotten her bangs” but she’s considering it. Ambria needs a trim.
Emily said she hates Ambria missed Nana and Poppy. Ambria hopes they will reschedule soon. Emily bets they were “crushed” when Ambria told her. She thinks Ambria was upset too.
Ambria asked how Reda is. She’s “doing OK.” She reminded Ambria Reda had her nails painted. She said they were hot pink. She mentioned a 4th of July party at her facility. Emily said things that were too low for the microphone to pick up. Ambria asked her to tell Reda hi and she loves her.
Ambria said she wants to go. Emily asked if she has any more tapestries. Ambria showed her some posters. Emily commented on each one. Ambria said the one she can see is the only tapestry. Emily asked again who got it for her and asked if it was McKenzie. She said it was good for her.
Emily said she hopes she gets better and that she will be healed up by Saturday when they talk.
