Emily answered. There was a dog barking in the background. Emily wished her good morning. Ambria reciprocated. Emily said the dogs were the neighbors. Her pets are outside too. The dog was barking incessantly. Emily said she would just talk over the dog.

Emily asked what Ambria has been doing. Ambria just got out of the shower. Emily went to downtown Dallas to get micro-blading done on her brows. She said they would be “good for a few years now.”

She had a Southwest Potato Wrap from Salads to Go. She told what was on it. She said it’s “pretty good.” She said it’s fresh and they don’t ”salt or sugar things.” She said she’s full but doesn’t feel “weighed down.” She had an iced coffee and a green tea. She said she has lots of caffeine and “should be good to go.”

Emily took her phone to show Ambria her flowers. Dogs are still barking. She went somewhere further from the dogs. She said they always bark when Emily is sitting outside. The dogs have dug out a hole at the bottom of the fence. Emily’s dog goes over there.

She showed Ambria Bertie (the younger cat). Video from Emily’s side is very choppy. Emily said she tries to sit in the shade “but it’s hard.”

Ambria told her it’s supposed to be in the low 60s this weekend. Emily wishes it was that temperature where she is. It’s in the low 90s there. Ambria told her we set a record for the coldest May 12th. Emiliy said June might be warmer.

Emily asked how school was. Good. They started a trip planning project in their independent living class. Emily asked where she’s going. She’s going to Asaka, Japan. Emily guessed that is less populated than Osaka? Yes. She chose it because they had to pick a place that started with the same letter as their first name. They had to keep the trip under a certain budget. Ambria told about her budget. Emily said it sounded fun and said it’s too bad its not a real trip.

Emily asked if it’s just “a regular school week coming up.” Yes.

Ambria told her today is garage sale day in Seattle. Emily asked if we’re going to one or having one. Ambria told her we’re going to some. Emily asked if there’s a clothes menter here. She said it’s like Plato’s Closet. Emily asked what Ambria is looking for. She’s looking for a birthday present for Galaxy (next weekend). Emily said someone is always having a birthday. Ambria said there are a lot of spring birthday.

Emily asked what Ambria is getting Galaxy. Emily guessed anime. Ambria said she likes sewing and is thinking of getting her some fabric. Emily asked if Ambria likes sewing. Yes, but she only hand sews. Galaxy has a machine. Emily asked if she would like one. Yes, but she doesn’t have room. Ambria said if she had a mansion, she would have a room for all her hobbies. Emily asked which ones. Ambria listed them off until she couldn’t think of any. Emily said maybe she can have something like that someday.

Ambria asked her to tell Reda hi and she loves her. Emily said she will. Emily said she hopes the garage sales are fun and she finds something for Galaxy. Emily asked if anyone is coming over this weekend. No. Emily wished her a good week at school and said she would talk to her Wednesday.
