Emily said she would talk without video because she’s on her way to a volleyball game. She said she could still see Ambria though.
Ambria told her we went to Kinokuniya, got bubble tea, and went to Target. Emily asked if that’s the downtown area. Ambria told her it’s south of Downtown. She’s not sure. Emily asked if we just walked around. Ambria told her we took a bus to the Target here. She said there’s one downtown, but it’s a “weird Target.”
Emily asked if she found any clothes. She got two tank tops. She got some things at Kinokuniya. Emily asked her to spell it. Emily said she didn’t know what that is. Ambria told her it’s the name of the store.
Emily asked what bubble tea she got. She got a berry one that wasn’t as good as she had hoped, but it was good. Emily said she likes the strawberry milk tea. Emily also likes the horchata flavored milk tea. She asked if Ambria has tried it. Ambria doesn’t know what it is. Emily described it.
Emily said she is glad she got to go out and do some things. Ambria said she can show her what she got if she is able to see it. Emily asked her to hang on because she pushed a button on the phone. She was back a few minutes later and asked Ambria to show her. Ambria showed her a few of the items she got for herself: a plushie, video game, and some stickers. Emily said she doesn’t think they have “that certain store” here, but they have some like it.
Emily asked what the kitties were dressed up as. Ambria told her.
Emily got her tires installed yesterday. She found a good deal on porkless pork rinds at Kroger. She’s trying to eat more salad.
A lizard ran into her house. She tried to trap it with a towel, but it ran away from her out of the house. She said it changed colors on her floor mat.
Ambria told her this is her last week of school before spring break. Emily asked if she’s excited. Yes.
Emily asked what she got her friends. Plushies and stickers. Emily tried to recall their names: Summer, Galaxy, and Maya.
Emily asked if Ambria is going shopping. Yes.
Ambria asked how Reda is. She’s good. Emily reminded her she’s going to see her. Ambria would like to talk to her but doesn’t want to visit because of Covid. Emily said she might be able to talk on Saturday. They can figure that out later.
Ambria asked her to tell her hi and she loves her. Emily said again that she’s “doing good.” Hugh is still visiting.
Ambria said she should go. Emily hopes she has a good weekend and doesn’t get a lot of work to do next week. Emily said she will talk Wednesday.
