They wished each other good morning. Emily said Ambria’s waffle sounded “extra crispy.”
Emily asked how the mock interview was. Ambria said two of her tests got postponed. They talked about the interview. Emily asked if she got extra credit for dressing up. Her teacher didn’t mention it, so she’s not sure. Emily asked if other people dressed up. Ambria didn’t pay attention. Emily asked what kinds of questions they asked. They knew all the questions ahead of time. They came from a list of the top ten interview questions. Emily asked her what they are.

Emily asked what she was interviewing for. A grocery team member at Whole Foods. Emily asked if she picked that. Yes, that’s where Ambria wants to work. Emily asked if she wants to work in produce. Ambria said they do stocking and inventory. Emily said she didn’t mind stocking. Emily asked if she used “examples from her resume.” Ambria asked what she meant. Emily wanted to know if Ambria emphasized what’s on her resume to prove why she’s a good fit. Emily asked if she really wants to work there. Yes. Emily said she has been there a couple of times and they’re nice. Ambria said they’ve had a big sign saying they’re hiring. Emily said Krogers have that there.
Emily said she went to a store called Central Market. She said it was huge and was like Whole Foods and Earthfare. She told about some of the things she saw there. She saw some tea there that was $109 a pound. She said they looked like good flavors, but she wasn’t going to get any. She said they had variations of apples she’d never heard of.
Emily talked about plastic bags. Ambria said they only do paper here.
Emily asked if you have to be 18. Ambria thinks you can be 17. Emily asked if she’ll wait until the summer. Yes. Emily said that would be “interesting and fun.” Emily asked about working at an art store. Ambria said there’s only one near here. Ambria said she has picked Whole Foods. Emily said that was fine. She asked if Ambria will have to “run the cash register.” Ambria doesn’t think so.
Ambria asked about Reda. She’s “doing OK.” Emily is going to go see her soon since it’s been 3 months. Emily asked if that noise was Ambria’s stomach or hers. Ambria thinks it was hers.
Emily asked how the Sims is going. Ambria started another 100 baby challenge. Emily asked if she started another one. Yes because the first one was on a different account. Emily said 100 would take a lot of dedication.
Ambria asked her to tell Reda hi and she loves her. Emily will.
Ambria said she wants to go. Emily wished her well and asked if any friends were coming over. Ambria doesn’t think they are this weekend.
