Ambria told her she doesn’t go back to school until Tuesday. Ambria said they changed it. Emily asked if they would have to make up that day. Ambria doesn’t know. Emily hopes not.
Emily asked what she did and asked if she had played video games. Yes, Ambria downloaded some demos of games to try. She’s played Splatoon and Minecraft.
Ambria told her Jacob and Diego came over yesterday and traded presents. Emily asked about the gifts. Ambria got Jacob a hoodie and Diego a bucket hat. Diego got her a stuffed Bob Ross. Jacob got her a Nintendo and Starbucks gift card. Emily asked if she wanted the Bob Ross. Ambria didn’t ask for it, but she thinks it’s funny. Emily asked what happened to Summer and Galaxy. Summer had already told Ambria she couldn’t make it. Galaxy couldn’t make it because of the snow.
Emily said she had gone to the doctor. Emily said she hasn’t started working her puzzles yet. She said something about coffee. She’s cutting out about every other word. She had a chocolate chip latte.
Emily said the dog is wearing her “Christmas hoodie.” She got her Christmas sweaters. Emily said she will continue wearing them after the holidays.
Emily said Reda is doing OK.
Emily asked what time she went to sleep last night. Ambria went to bed at midnight. Emily isn’t talking loudly enough for the noise cancelling on her phone not to cancel her own voice. She’s talking about what she did on New Years Eve.
Ambria said on Sunday or Monday it’s going to get above 36. She’s hoping the snow will start melting. Emily asked if she’s going anywhere. Ambria went to Starbucks once since it snowed. Emily asked if it’s close. Yes, there’s one in a grocery store two blocks away. Emily asked if they have a good menu. Ambria thinks it’s the same as a free-standing store.
Emily said something about the cat Truffle. Emily is ”working on her candy.” She said more things that were not audible.
Ambria said she hasn’t been doing much besides playing video games. She said she cleaned yesterday. She said our bathrooms and usable now. She said we got medicine cabinets and another cabinet since we didn’t have much storage. Emily asked if we have a handyman that takes care of our building. Ambria said we hired him. She said there’s not an association. It’s just a house. Emily said there’s no one up above us. Ambria said our house is three floors. Ambria said we have people on two sides. Emily said they’re separated and not connected. Ambria said she thinks we share a wall.
Emily asked if her room is together. Ambria said she hasn’t put things on the walls yet. Emily asked how many posters she has to put up. Ambria said a lot. Emily asked if they’re mostly anime. Ambria just has one or two anime posters.
Ambria asked her to tell Reda hi and she loves her. Emily said she will. She said some things about Reda that were inaudible.
Ambria said she wants to go. Emily said she will talk to her on Wednesday and recounted everything she knows. She asked if she is going back to the same classes. Yes. Emily wished her a good weekend.
