Emily asked how her thanksgiving was and whether she liked the food. Ambria told her about the jalapeno dressing. She said it was OK and “different.” Ambria told her we had peas and mashed potatoes, sweet potato casserole, and her corn pudding. Emily asked if it turned out “good.” Yes. Emily asked if the pumpkin pie “turned out good.” Ambria hasn’t tried it yet. Emily said she should.
Emily said she had the vegan roast and if anyone asked her to come over for a vegan meal to tell them you’ve “already ate.” She said it tasted like hamster bedding smells. Emily said she will eat it because she paid for it, but she’s in no hurry to finish it. She said the dressing was “pretty good.” They had creamed kale and it was crunchy. She had some kind of gravy that “wasn’t bad” and was “OK.” She said something had vegan marshmallows that got “really brown really quickly.” She had cranberry orange sauce. Ambria told her we had that too. Emily asked if we had mushroom gravy. Ambria told her we had turkey gravy. She said the roast is the only thing she wouldn’t get again. She said if you were “vegan all the time” it might be OK for you.
Ambria put up her Christmas decorations yesterday. Emily asked if she put up lights. No, she put up stockings, a 3D tree card, her pillow she made when she was little… Emily asked if she’d had that a long time. Ambria said the year on it says 2009. Emily asked if we had lights for every day. Ambria said we got rid of them because they were hard to get down.
Emily asked if she said she goes back to school on Monday. Yes. Ambria asked what Reda did for Thanksgiving. Emily hasn’t talked to her. She tried too get in touch.
Ambria told her we went shopping in the junction yesterday. Emily asked what she found. Ambria said she got presents.
Ambria told her she’s going grocery shopping. Emily asked if she’s had luck with the trader Joe’s herbs. Ambria said she hasn’t tried them. Emily said she got some. Emily said something about cinnamon streusel coffee cake.
Emily asked if she can hear the cat.
Ambria said she played Minecraft with Tiffany yestrday. Emily asked who with. Tiffany. Ambria said she was making a railroad. Ambria told her she’s been playing picross. Emily said she remembered hearing that a few months ago and asked if it’s been a while since she’s played. She’s gotten back in to it. Emily asked if she’s watched Squid Game. Ambria thinks we’re on episode 7 or 8. Ambria told her there are only 9.
Emily asked if she’s found anything she wants for Christmas. Ambria’s looking on ebay. Emily asked if she has enough winter clothes. Ambria would like to have more. Emily said what she’s wearing looks warm. Ambria said it is.
Ambria asked her to tell Reda hi and she loves her. Emily said she will and wished Ambria well at school. She said she will figure out the details about her visit with Reda and talk to Ambria about it.
