Ambria had to reschedule her call with Emily because we were moving all day Saturday. Ambria emailed late (12:15pm) to ask her if 12:30pm on Sunday would work. Emily did not answer the email in time.
Ambria tried the call anyway at 12:29. Emily did not answer. Ambria tried her again at 12:30 and Emily answered. She apologized and said she was “digging in her trunk.”
Emily asked if she got everyone done. Yes. Emily asked if it was cold here. Ambria said it’s really cold here. Emily said it’s always cold before you get everything in. Ambria told her we had the door open all day yesterday too. Emily said “That will do it.”
Emily asked how her birthday was. Ambria said it was good. Emily asked if she got anything else. She got some books and things from her friends. Emily asked if she met up with them at the park. Yes. Emily asked who showed. Jacob, Diego, and Caimen. Emily said she’s glad Ambria got to have a “visit with her friends.”
Emily asked if she stayed in the new place last night. Yes. Emily asked if she’s tired. Yes. Ambria said she just took a shower. Emily said maybe she can get to bed on time. Ambria said she got to bed early last night, but she was exhausted. Emily asked if there’s an elevator. No, just stairs.
Ambria told her she had sushi, granola. Emily said she had a coffee from a shop downtown. Emily said she doesn’t go downtown very much. Emily said she had trouble finding it. The place was busy. She said it was “OK.”
Ambria told her today is the harvest festival. Emily asked if we’re going. Ambria told her it’s only another hour. Ambria said there are a bunch of kids trick or treating. Emily asked if Ambria will trick or treat. Maybe.
Emily asked if the new place is near our old place. Ambria said kind of. She said she guesses this is the Junction. Emily wants the new address.
Emily asked if she got the jacket. Yes. Emily said it should be warm.
Emily said it’s in the 70s where she is. Ambria told her it’s probably a little warmer than yesterday. Yesterady it was int he 50s. Emily asked if she can still wear the Toga outfit. Yes. Emily asked if she’s going with anyone else. Ambria might go with Jacob and his little sisters. Emily hopes she can go if she gets her stuff done.
Ambria told her we have Kit-Kats to give here. Emily said she might come get one. Ambria said she isn’t sure how many people will come since the door is in the alley. Emily asked if the door to the condo is on the ground level. Ambria told her it’s a townhouse. Ambria told her it’s like a house but up instead of out.

Ambria asked how Reda is. Emily said she’s “doing OK.” Ambria asked if she did anything for her birthday. No. Emily sent her some lifesavers and M&Ms. Ambria told her she has a school picture to send Reda. Ambria asked her to tell Reda hi and she loves her.
Emily asked if she has new earrings in. No, they are the old ones. Emily asked if she has lots of them. Yes. Emily asked if she needs any. Ambria has some on her wish list she wants but she doesn’t need any. Emily told her Pura Vida is going to have a Hello Kitty collection.
Ambria said she should go. Emily thanked her for calling and said she’s glad the move went OK. Emily asked if there’s anything special happening at school. No.
