Emily asked what she’s doing. Ambria just finished her art class. Emily asked what she’s doing and recalled what she was doing last time. She’s doing more of the same. Emily asked if it’s a lot to learn. Ambria said it’s more practicing. Emily asked if she likes it. Yes.

Emily asked what she’s learned on the shadows and asked if it’s more than just shading. Ambria described some of the things she has to do. Emily said that sounded “pretty good.”

Ambria told her about the trivia game she won in her career class. Emily asked what it was over. Ambria said it was random stuff. Emily asked if she knows a lot of stuff. Ambria said some of it was very easy and she must just be fast. Emily asked if it was pop cutlure or current events. Ambria said it was a lot of topics and gave her some examples. She tied with another person and won a Starbucks gift card.

Emily said it was 96 with a feel of 108 on Sunday. She said she was sweaty. Ambria said it’s warming up and will be in the 80s over the weekend. Emily said hopefully it won’t be 108. Ambria agreed.

Emily said now she can go to Starbucks. Ambria doesn’t know when she’s dropping it off.

Emily asked if Ambria went to look in the condo. Yes, and we put in an offer on it. Emily asked what she thinks about it. Ambria asked if it was the main one we were looking at or a different one. They figured out which one Emily was asking about, and Ambria told her we didn’t go look at that one because it was too small. Emily asked what a condo is. Ambria told her it’s an apartment you own. Ambria told her we’re in a condo now, but we rent it from the owner.

Emiliy complimented Ambria’s nails and asked if they were black and green. Ambria said mint.

Ambria said that, if we do end up getting it, we might paint it. Right now it’s a gross color. She also said there’s a pantry that we might change the pantry to a regular closet. She said her room has built-in storage instead of a closet. We’ll have to put racks in some of them. Emily asked if it’s cut out into the wall. Ambria said there are drawers and shelves in the wall. There’s a rack in one of them, but it’s not enough room. Emily asked if she will have her own bathroom and if it’s bigger. No, but it’s fine. Emily said she hopes she will get it if she wants to or that she will not get it if she doesn’t want to.

Emily still hasn’t ridden her bike. She doesn’t think she can put the dog in the bag.

Emily showed her the cat asleep on the tree. It took her some time to figure out how to turn the camera around. Ambria said she was very fluffy. Emily woke the cat up. Emily said “these” are like catcher’s mitts. The back feet are like rabbit feet. Emily showed them. Ambria asked if she doesn’t like the cat tree. Emily said not as much as the kitten.

Emily said Reda is doing “about the same.” She said physical therapy is coming to work with her arm to see if she can get a few more visits. They have to email the insurance company to see if they can extend her therapy. They had a “really high bar” she had to walk, and she walked “some distance.” If she plateaus, she has to stop, but as long as there’s improvement, she can continue. Emily said to tell her hi and she loves her.

Emily asked if she’s heard of a green light card. No. It’s like a debit card. Emily said it would be easier to reload. Emily thinks she would have more access than Ambria, but she can check her balance. Emily said she can still send a vanilla Visa, but she’ll have to send her a card every time. Ambria thinks the green light card will be OK. Emily said she thinks Ambria can personalize it if she wants.

Ambria said she should go. Emily said she will talk to her on Saturday. Emily told her to go to Starbucks and get something tasty.
