Emily answered and said hello after a long delay. Emily said something about just getting back from taking the pets to the vet. She turned on her video and said she just got back. She said she doesn’t know much more than she did about the cat. “Panda just has the skin issue. They gave her a bunch of pills to take.”
Emily asked what she’s been doing. Ambria said she went with Tiffany to her doctor appointments. Ambria told her we stayed at a hotel for a couple of nights for air conditioning because of the heat wave. Emily said she thought about Ambria when she heard it was up to 104. Emily asked if there was a pool at the hotel. No, but it said there was a poolside bar. Emily asked if she went to the poolside bar. No, Ambria didn’t see one. Emily asked if we picked it because it had a pool. No.
Emily asked if we had any special food. Ambria said we had sushi, Mexican, and teriyaki. Emily asked what kind of sushi she had. Ambria got a smoked salmon roll. Emily asked if it was good. Yes. Emily guessed she had a chicken quesadilla. Yes. Emily asked what teriyaki she had. Ambria told her we had chicken with takoyaki.
Emily asked if it’s cooled down. Yes. Emily asked if the hotel was downtown. Yes, it was near the space needle.
Ambria told her she finished the first course in her art course and she’s onto the one on perspective. Emily asked how many there are. There are a lot. Emily asked if it’s free. Ambria told her she thinks you pay a subscription.

Emily asked if she’s talked to anyone. Ambria told her Diego wanted to hang out today, but they’re going to do that this weekend. Emily asked what they’re going to do. Ambria doesn’t know. Emily asked if they would go to eat. Ambria said they could but…
Ambria said she hasn’t been doing much. Emily said she hasn’t either. She said the cat was mad about the drive to the vet. They gave Panda a bunch of medicine, including an antibiotic because her skin is infected. They gave her special soap. She thinks she’ll have the test results by Friday. They said it could be a seizure or related to food. She named all the tests they did.
Ambria said she wants to go. Emily said she hopes it stays cool and she gets to talk to Diego tomorrow. Emily said she will talk to her on Saturday. They ended the call June 30, 2021 3:25 PM
