They wished each other good morning. Emily asked how she’s doing. Good.
Emily is trying a new coffee flavor: caramel vanilla crème. She’s adding two syrups to it.
Emily asked what she’s having. A smoothie. Emily asked what flavor. Chocolate protein powder. Emily said that powder is “pretty good.” She mixes it up with water. Ambria puts almond milk in it.
Emily asked if it’s hot here yet. Ambria told her it was 83 yesterday, 90 today, and 108 on Monday. Emily said, “not going outside or anything, huh?” Ambria agreed.
Emily asked if she should get Stardew Valley for mobile. Ambria didn’t know they had it, but she said yes. Ambria asked her to let her know how it is. Emily will and may ask Ambria for advice on it.
Ambria told her she hung out with her friend Diego yesterday. Emily asked who that is. One of her best friends in 9th grade. He was new that year. Emily asked what they did. They went to the park and came back to the condo to watch TV. Emily asked what they watched. The first episode of the new season of Rick and Morty. Emily said that sounds like fun. Emily asked if he had to go home after that. Ambria showed him the roof first. Emily asked if she will see him pretty soon. Ambria shrugged. Emily asked if she’s going to talk to Kit again soon. Ambria said maybe. Emily asked if that was the second she saw recently. Ambria saw two others a few weeks ago. Emily asked how it feels to be seeing friends again. Ambria said it’s good and she likes it. Emily said maybe she can hang out with more this week. Ambria said that’s pretty much all of them. Emily said to hang out with the ones she hasn’t seen in a long time.
Emily asked when McKenzie is going to hang out. Ambria told her they’re drifting apart because she lives so far away. Emily asked if she can Facetime her. Ambria used to but hasn’t talked to her in a while. Emily said she should Facetime her again to see “how she acts.” If she’s friendly, she can keep hanging out. If not, they can go separate ways.
Emily is trying to grab the cat and put it in front of the camera. Ambria said it’s big and fluffy. Emily agreed and showed its feet. Emily said the cat stomps her kitty biscuits. She’s taking her to the vet on Wednesday along with the dog. They’re going at 2:45 or 3. She said she should be back in time but she’ll let her know if not. Emily asked how late is too late to let her know. Ambria said she might also have a conflict on that day, so Ambria said she will send a message to set the time on Wednesday.
Emily asked if she’s done more drawing. Emily asked if it’s drawing and painting, or just drawing. Ambria told her she finished the first course. Emily asked when she does the second course. Ambria looked but couldn’t find it. Emily said maybe this week then.
Emily asked if we’re getting anything to eat or drink this weekend. Ambria told her we’re going for lunch today. Ambria paused for a long time. She said we were going to go to Easy Street, but it might be too hot. Ambria isn’t sure they have air conditioning.
Ambria told her to tell Reda hi and she loves her. Emily said she will. Ambria said she should go. Emily said OK. She said she would get Stardew Valley and let her know how it is. Emily asked for other suggestions. Ambria doesn’t have any. Emily asked if she’ll get Stardew Valley on mobile. Ambria will just keep playing on Switch. Emily asked if she listened to the BTS/Halsey song. Yes. Emily asked how it was. “It was pretty good. I wasn’t expecting it to sound that way, but…” Emily told her Taylor Swift is re-recording her albums and the next is Red. She said it should be pretty good and she was excited about it.
