Emily asked what she’s doing. Nothing. Emily asked how school was today. Fine. Ambria said she’s been doing a lot of work with triangles. She has to use the side lengths and angles to find other side lengths and angles. Emily said that didn’t sound too hard but it could be.
Emily said she’s thinking of getting some boba and asked what flavor Ambria should get. Emily asked if she should get taro. Ambria said maybe. Emily asked if it’s her new favorite. Ambria still likes mango. Emily can’t decide what she wants. Ambria said she has tried all the flavors at the closest place now. Emily asked how close the next closest place is. Ambria said it’s probably 3 blocks. Emily said “that’s not too bad then.” Ambria agreed. Emily asked if she will go over the weekend. Maybe.
Emily asked what else she has been doing. Ambria told her we went to the farmer’s market and the greenhouse on Sunday. She told her we got some plants for our p-patch. She told her we got dill, parsley, and strawberries and some flowers for the balcony. Emily asked which flowers she got. Ambria doesn’t know. Ambria offered to show her the flowers.
Emily showed the cat on camera while Ambria was showing her the flowers. Emily said they were pretty.
Ambria told her they’re going to wash our windows soon. Emily said she hasn’t done anything to talk about. Emily told her Sonic has a bubble tea. Ambria said it’s weird and that she hasn’t seen a Sonic here. Emily said there are a few where she is.
Ambria asked how Reda is. She’s OK. They had another meeting of the garden club. Emily said she thinks Reda sleeps a lot in her recliner. She said she likes to take naps. Emily thinks they had a weird food she didn’t like. They offer sandwiches as a backup if you don’t like the main course.
Emily said she the new cat is starving, and every time Emily walks toward the food cabinet, she fusses. She doesn’t want to “let her boss (her).” She said she hasn’t been cleaning herself well. Ambria said she gave her cat Panda a bath one time. Panda just let her do it but didn’t help her.
Emily said it’s been warm – in the 80s – and Emily has been trying to walk. She said it’s been warm but not super hot. Emily asked how the weather is here. Ambria told her the high today is 77. Emily said that’s a good temperature.
Ambria said to tell Reda hi and she loves her. Emily said she would. Ambria told her she wants to go. Emily asked how school is going and if she had any tests. No. Emily asked if she wrote the pen pal back yet. No. Emily said they would be in college by the time she did.
