They wished each other good morning. Emily asked if she’s taken trash and recycling. Yes. Emily did hers on Wednesday. She said they come by several times. There was a loud echo coming from her side.
Emily asked what she’s been doing this week. Ambria told her they’ve been doing school; nothing special. Emily asked if she’s still drinking her chai. Ambria hasn’t had any in a bit. Emily asked if she’s running out or if she’s saving it. No, she forgets she has it. Emily said she will send more if Ambria wants it.
Ambria told her she tried taro bubble tea. Emily asked what she thinks. It’s weird, but Ambria doesn’t dislike it. Emily said that was her experience with it. Emily asked if it’s a pretty purple color. Yes. Emily asked if she got the tapioca in it. Yes. Emily asked if her tapioca is sometimes old or too done (too chewy). Ambria said hers is sometimes soggy on the outside and chewy on the inside. Emily said she’s never had a bad cup of bubble tea. Ambria agreed.
Emily said there’s a trend to mix a McDonald’s cone into your coffee. She tried it. She made a mess trying to put it together. She said it was good.
Ambria searched for something to say. Emily said she would tell her about a new animal adventure. She has an awning in the back yard. A crow sits on the awning and cries. He knocks on the window. She didn’t know they could be so loud or so big. Ambria said it was funny. He starts early – 4:30am.
Ambria told her she started a new drawing. Emily asked if she has it. No, it’s not done yet. It’s a character from a show she watched. It looks weird now, but she thinks it will come together. Emily asked what colors she’s using. This one is just a sketch. Emily asked if she still uses the markers. She hasn’t had any “big ideas” for a while. She’s practicing drawing full bodies at the moment.
Emily asked if she knows Birdie. Yes. She’s had a couple of seizures this week. She had one on the couch and one in bed. Ambria said she hopes she’s OK. Emily said she might be epileptic. Emily doesn’t know of anything that might have caused it, but she could have missed it. Ambria said she hopes it isn’t serious. Emily will keep her updated.
Emily said Reda is “doing good.” They had an ice cream party, but she didn’t go. Ambria asked her to tell her hi and she loves her.
Ambria told her it’s very sunny right now. Emily asked if the birds are singing. No, Ambria doesn’t hear many except for seagulls. Emily bets she hears those a lot. Ambria said they’re louder in the summer.
Emily said Panda is “doing good.” She’s trying to get her more exercise.
Ambria said she should go. Emily asked if she has tests coming up or math packets she has to get. No. Emily said it seems like she gets those all the time. Emily asked if she will write her pen pal. Sometime. Emily said she will talk to her on Wednesday. They ended the call May 29, 2021 9:09 AM
