Emily wished her good morning and asked what she’s doing. She took the trash, compost, and recycling. Emily said she had to wake up and exercise already.
Emily was showing her new cat. She asked if Ambria could hear her. Emily said she pushed a button. Emily said she’s gotten a lot bigger in the last few days. Ambria said hi to her. Emily said she touched the screen again. Emily said she got her a bunch of toys.
Emily showed her Amarillo’s (a flower). She asked if Ambria could see the stem. That’s what the four started out as, so she has another one on the way.
She showed her “big gal.” It was the dog. She told Ambria not to look directly at her because she needs a beard and mustache trim.
Ambria asked if she wanted to see her lights. Yes. Ambria took her to her bedroom and demoed her lights. Emily said “oh, wow.” “I like those.” Ambria showed her the different modes. Emily said it was “neat.” Emily asked if it’s on her ceiling and wall. Yes. She asked if it was hard to put together. Ambria showed her that it was just a single projector on the floor. Emily asked if it was around the ceiling. Yes.
Emily said she guesses Ambria spends more time in her room with the lights. Yes. Emily asked if she does her school work in there. Ambria hasn’t had any since she got them.
Emily asked about playing games. Her school laptop doesn’t let her do that, but she sits in there. Emily said she guesses Ambria does reading in there and her homework. Emily said she didn’t realize the lights were that “intricate looking.”
Emily said Reda is still “feeling good.” They measure her oxygen saturation. Low is 90% and it goes to 100%. Hers was at 93% on Wednesday. When it gets below 90%, they give her medication to help “fight that off.” She hasn’t needed it yet. It got back to 95% “which is what it typically is for her.” The 93% was a little low, but it “wasn’t that low.” It came back up. Emily thinks she just feels really tired, like you would if you had the flu.
Emily said Brenda is going to take Ambria’s gift to her. Emily said the place near her is a print center, so it may have been printed there.
Emily’s animals started growling.
Emily asked what her favorite song on the Taylor Swift album is. Ambria doesn’t know; she hasn’t listened to it yet.
Ambria said she should go. Emily asked if she’s looking forward to going back to school Monday. No. Emily asked when she finishes that up. January 31st. Emily said she’ll take yoga after that. She said she’ll see how that goes. Emily said to email her any questions she has. They ended the call at January 2, 2021 9:09 AM.
