Emily asked what she’s doing this morning. Ambria told her she took out trash and recycling. Emily said, “Oh no! Not trash and recycling again!”
Emily said, “Someone is trying to show off her sweater.” The dog was wearing a sweater. She says the dog will wear them for several months and sometimes throws up on them. The dog was playing with a toy recently. Emily was teasing her with it. The cat came by and “slapped her.”
Emily told her today is Halloween. She asked where Ambria’s bat costume is. Ambria hasn’t put it on yet. Emily said she’d better put it on.
Ambria said she got the AirPods but hasn’t tried them out yet. Emily said she ordered them from Amazon because she got a discount through her work and got AppleCare. Ambria thanked her. Emily asked what she’s going to listen to. Ambria said Spotify.
Emily asked what gifts she’s opened. Ambria said all of them. Emily asked if she got the CD. Yes. Emily asked what it looked like. Ambria told her it came in a paper case and described it to her. Emily asked if she signed it. Ambria said yes. Emily asked if it turned out OK. Ambria thinks so. Emily asked if she wrote anything else. No. Emily asked if she will put it in her room. Yes.
Ambria searched for something to say. She told her mom we might be moving because of discolored water in the kitchen. She explained the people who own it didn’t seem like they were going to fix it and told us we could leave early. She told her we found a condo to rent that’s a lot better. Emily said, “Oh, a condo. OK.” Ambria told her it’s two blocks away. Emily said that would be interesting moving into a condo. Ambria told her it has a roof with a view of the city. Emily said that sounds like fun. Emily said it shouldn’t be hard to move just a couple of blocks. She asked if we’d be closer to the beach. Ambria said a little bit but not super close. Emily asked if it has amenities. Ambria told her it has a gym, a storage room, and the roof. Emily said, “That sounds like a lot of fun then.” Emily suggested she could redecorate her room. Ambria told her she got some LED lights that go across the top of a room. Emily asked if they were string lights. Ambria said they were LEDs. Emily asked if they were bulbs. Ambria told her they were a strip.
The dog came into the view and made some noise. Emily and Ambria talked about it for a second.
Emily forgot what she was going to say. Ambria asked if it was about the lights. No, it was about the apartment, but she can’t remember.
She asked if Ambria has played Fortnite. Yes, a couple of days ago. Emily asked if it was fun and how she did. Yes, and she did OK by avoiding everyone.
Emily said she has 80 Starbucks stars expiring and asked what she should get. Ambria told her about a drink she had tried. Emily said she will let her know what she tries. She said she gets them by playing a game in the app. She said she hates to use them because she uses the cup she got last time.
Emily asked if she got her free drink on her birthday. No because she doesn’t have an account. She did get the steamer then. Emily asked what it’s called. Pumpkin crème steamer. Emily asked if it’s a hot drink. Yes. Emily asked if she should try it. Ambria thought it was good. Emily will let Ambria know.
Ambria said she wants to go. Emily wished her a good halloween. She said she would talk to her Wednesday. They ended the call at October 31, 2020 9:11 AM.
