Emily asked if she’s having some popcorn. Yes. What kind? Normal? Yes.

Emily asked how school was. It was good. Today was advisory and a work day. Emily said that’s not bad. Ambria told her she picked up her yearbook. Emily asked if she likes it. Yes. She hasn’t looked through all of it yet, but “it’s cool.”

Emily asked what else she did. Anything special? No.

Emily asked what kind of necklace she has on. Ambria held it up. Emily said she thinks she’s seen that one before.

Ambria said they’re not doing anything special except for a geography quiz tomorrow in France. They learned a bunch of cities, rivers, and mountains. Emily asked if it was hard. Kinda. She’s been working on it all day. Emily asked how they take a test if it’s not open notes. Ambria says they can’t. They do them on Schoology, and they’re only open during a certain window.

Emily said Reda is doing the same. She hasn’t gotten any updates. She assumes no news is good news.

Ambria said she played Minecraft yesterday. Emily asked how that went. It was good. She was farming and collecting things. Emily asked if that’s the one where she has the llamas and turtles. Yes. Emily asked which animals she has. Ambria listed them for her. Emily asked where she got the special cows. Ambria got some from challenges and from loot crate boxes. Emily liked the “moo-shrooms.” She told how her pig got killed by an exploding creeper. She told about how she named some of the animals. Emily asked how many of some of the animals she has.

Emily asked if she’s still playing it with McKenzie. No. Emily asked if she’s as advanced as Ambria. Ambria said she doesn’t take any advanced classes. Then, she asked if Emily meant in Minecraft. Ambria told her she doesn’t play on a server.

Emily asked if she’s only taking the advanced math. Ambria knows they have AP World History, but she’s heard it’s “not good.” Emily asked what she meant by that. Ambria told her the kids that were two years ahead in middle school say it’s hard. Emily asked if she was one year ahead in middle school. Yes, but they don’t offer that in high school. Emily asked if other high schools do it. Ambria doesn’t know.

Emily doesn’t care for popcorn too much. Ambria likes it when it’s warm. Emily said, “Yeah, that is different.”

Ambria asked her to tell Reda hi and she loves her. Emily said she was hoping for an update but hasn’t gotten it yet. She hopes they’ll do another COVID test.

Ambria said she wanted to go. Emily said she will talk on Saturday and hopes her French test goes well. They ended the call at September 30, 2020 3:25 PM.
