Emily asked what she’s doing. She just took out the trash and recycling. Emily asked if it runs on a certain day. Ambria doesn’t remember when it runs, but she takes it Wednesday and Saturday.
Reda’s COVID test came back negative. She will be quarantined another 10 days.
Emily showed her aero garden and explained how it works. She asked if Ambria would want one. Ambria asked if they have a smaller one. Emily thinks so. She asked what size Ambria would want. Emily told her she could think about it. Ambria said she will look at the sizes.
Emily said she was going to show Ambria the cat, but the cat left.
Emily said the ones that were sprouting were just planted a few days ago.
Emily asked how school went this week. Ambria said it was good. They didn’t do anything different. Emily asked if they’re in their regular schedule for 1.5 hours each class. Ambria said it was 1:45.
Emily said her throat feels “weird.”
Emily asked if she’s still talking to McKenzie. Ambria hasn’t talked to her this week but talked last week. Emily said, “Good.”
Emily asked if her shirt says, “Legends were born in October.” Yes.
Ambria told her they finished their Algebra review and have moved on to the first unit. Emily asked what that is. Functions. Emily said she didn’t like them and never understood them. Ambria said this weekend’s homework is about factored form. Emily asked if it’s easy. “Yeah, I guess.” Emily said it sounded simple to her in class, but she couldn’t do it on her own.
Emily asked what she’s studying in biology. How organisms are organized. Emily asked if that’s the different parts of it. Ambria’s not sure. Emily said to report back.
Emily looked for the dog. She couldn’t see her anywhere. She said the cat must have left while she was sitting down.
Ambria told her she’s playing more Minecraft. Emily asked about the llamas. Ambria has a lot of them and got some turtles. Emily said those “don’t seem very threatening.” Ambria said they just sit in their pen. Emily said she used to collect turtle figurines. She said she got real turtles and put them in the sandbox. She was surprised when they were gone in the morning. Emily said she can collect them and put them in her Minecraft sandbox. Ambria said they’re kinda in her sandbox. Emily said they would scratch at her trying to get away. She wanted them to come out so she could pet them but they never would. Ambria said hers just sit there. Emily asked if they “close up” when she comes over. No. Emily said hers always did. She said she found one with her dad fishing and took him home.
Ambria asked her to tell Reda hi and she loves her if she gets to talk to her. Emily hopes she gets out of isolation next week. Emily is glad she got out of isolation. Emily said she will talk to her Wednesday. They ended the call at September 26, 2020 9:10 AM.
