Emily asked what she’s doing. She got the trash ready to go outside. Emily said, “Trash again? Every week, gotta do that trash.”
Ambria told her they start normal school schedule on Monday. She said they don’t need to be in a live meeting the whole class time. They’ll be given work to do. Emily asked if it’s hard to sit there for 6 hours. Ambria said they get breaks. Emily asked if she gets up, walks around, and has a snack. Yes. Ambria told her they just had meetings in the morning last week. Emily said that sounds OK.
She said she got her coffee and got the Starbucks kind. She got the veranda blend and got the caramel macchiato creamer. She said it’s a little too sweet but it’s OK.
Ambria said she’s been playing Minecraft and Animal Crossing. Emily asked how it’s going. It’s good. Ambria is paying off her house in Animal Crossing. Emily logged back in yesterday and got “25 zillion” supplies because it’s been so long. Emily asked if she have any fall leaves. Ambria said she hasn’t noticed any. Emily said she has to collect 50 of them.
In Minecraft, Ambria rebuilt the nether portal to see if it would take her somewhere else but it didn’t. Emily asked if she got any more llamas. Ambria got a couple more. She built a pen for them. Emily asked what happens if you don’t. Ambria said they can walk around. Emily asked if they can kill you. Ambria said if you kill the traveling merchant with the llamas, they will spit at you for a while. Emily asked if McKenzie has llamas. Ambria doesn’t think so because she doesn’t play in Skyblock.
Emily got a voicemail that they wanted to give her a COVID update for Reda. As of 10:45, they have two more employees and another tenant who has it. They have a COVID area where all the people are. She doesn’t know why they wouldn’t leave the message.
Emily asked if she has plans for the weekend. No. Emily asked if she has homework. No. Emily asked if she would get it done in the afternoon. Yes. Ambria said it’s all homework. They won’t be gettting much work they can’t do inside school time. Emily said that’s a good point. She asked what math class is like. Ambria said they’re doing some review. Emily said it sounds complicated but not for her.
Emily asked if her French Duolingo study helped. Ambria remembers what they learned last year better and knows some more stuff. Emily said it was “real neat.” She wished they had it when she was in school. Ambria said the classes haven’t started yet. Emily said they start Monday after the strong start. Ambria agreed.
Emily said she’s excited about woodworking, but it would be better if they could go to class and use the tools. Ambria said they can use whatever they want to make things. Emily said she could use stuff that she already has. Ambria said she can also get stuff out of recycling. Emily said it sounds like it would be OK.
Ambria told her to tell Reda hi and she loves her if she goes to see her. Ambria said she wants to go. Emily said she will talk on Wednesday. She hopes she has a good weekend and a good start to the school year. They ended the call at September 12, 2020 9:08 AM.
