Emily said good morning. Ambria reciprocated. Emily asked what she’s doing today. Ambria told her it’s raining and she just took out the trash. Emily said it’s very hot there.
Her mint is not thriving. She planted 10 and 2 are still alive. She took them out and put them in water. She hopes Ambria is having better luck. Ambria said all her plants are “doing good.”
Ambria told Emily she figured out how to play the game with the pet. Emily asked what it’s called. Ambria told her it’s Figment. Emily asked how to play. Ambria said it’s not much but described what is there. Emily said it sounds like it might be OK. She asked if that’s the one with the four cats. Yes. Emily asked if they’re no longer dying. Ambria said yes. Emily asked if they do cat things. Ambria said it doesn’t say much about the cat. She said there aren’t many different kinds, so she has two of each of the two kinds. Emily asked what kinds. Ambria said they look funny and described them.
Emily started looking for her cat and said she’s waiting on breakfast because Emily is late today. She said the cat will be OK. Ambria said McKenzie’s cat doesn’t like her either. McKenzie tried to give it to Ambria so it could scratch her. McKenzie shows it to her on their Facetime call. Emily tries to pet hers when she’s on the cat tower, but the cat doesn’t like it. She also tries to pet her when she’s rolling around on the bed, but that doesn’t work either. Ambria said McKenzie’s dogs are always happy. Emily asked what kind of dogs she has. Ambria described Cinnamon. She said it’s kind of like a weiner dog but not quite. Emily said those are usually good. She said the people who have them usually have multiple ones. Emily’s cat had done something in the background in the meantime. Ambria told her McKenzie also has a bunny and some neon fish.
Emily said the groundhog is good. She named him Bart. She’s afraid someone is going to hit him.
Ambria told her she played Sims yesterday. She didn’t have any more babies, but a toddler aged up to a kid. Emily asked how the kids are doing. They still aren’t adults yet, but they need to be soon so she won’t hit the household limit. Emily said they need to hurry up. Ambria said it’s good to have one teen because they can help out. Emily asked if they burn the food. Ambria said they just make sandwiches.
Emily asked about school and roller derby. Ambria said they stopped doing derby workouts. She said next week is her last week of school. Ambria doesn’t think she’ll have problems finishing. She’ll probably finish early. Emily asked how many assignments are left and how many assignments are left. History and 2 assignments. Emily asked what kinds of assignments she has most. In history, read and answer questions and write essays. In LA, write essays and stories and do grammar. Emily said she doesn’t follow all the rules, so it’s good to do grammar. Emily said it’s hard to do because of where she grew up. Emily asked if she likes writing papers. Not really because it’s hard to say what she wants to say. She doesn’t know how to write what she means. Emily said it’s hard to put thoughts into words that sound good and capture exactly what you want to say. Emily asked if she does well. Yes. Emily said most people either hate or love writing.
Ambria said she wanted to go. Emily said she will talk to her Wednesday. They ended the call at June 13, 2020 9:10 AM.
