Emily asked what she’s doing. Just finished playing Animal Crossing. Emily asked how she’s doing on it. She just got her island up to 2 stars. Emily asked if that’s a new favorite. Yes. Emily said she’s glad Ambria enjoys playing it.
Emily asked about her new room. Ambria said she hasn’t worked on it much the last few days, but she’s going to have it ready by next Wednesday at the latest. Emily asked if the desk and bed were moved. Emily asked if it’s as big as the old room. Ambria said it’s a little smaller but the closet is bigger. Emily said, “Good.”
Emily asked if she has a window. Yes. Does she have a window sill? Yes. Emily asked if she can fit a plant on it. Ambria doesn’t know. Emily said that she wanted to put some plants on her window sill but she didn’t have enough room. That’s why she’s always moving her plants inside to outside.
Ambria said her plants are doing well. Emily asked if she watered them. Yes. Emily said Ambria needs to ask her that too because she either doesn’t water or over waters them.
Ambria asked if she’s been to see Reda. Not yet. They called her last week and told her Reda’s roommate was passing away. They moved Reda out of the room temporarily, not related to COVID-19. They called Emily and said Reda’s doing well. Her temperature and blood pressure are doing well. Emily said she hates that the roommate passed away. Ambria said, “Mmm hmm.”
Ambria told her the living room is almost completely done. Emily asked if she helped. Yes. Emily asked if we are rearranging. Ambria said it’s a little different. Emily asked if we’re trying different arrangements. Ambria said most of it is hard to move.
Emily asked if she’s been to Safeway yet. No, Ambria doesn’t go much of anywhere but she did sit on the balcony for a while yesterday. Emily asked if people were driving to the Starbucks. No because it’s closed. Emily said maybe she could go out there and read or talk to her plants. Emily said one of her plants is looking brown. She’s trying to bring it back.
Emily said she likes Ambria’s shirt. Ambria said she got it at Target. Emily said, “That works.”
Ambria told her she’s popping a lot of bubble wrap. Emily asked if she likes that. Not anymore. Ambria said she just finished a few minutes ago. She said there may be more in her room. Emily asked if she wrapped all the breakable stuff. Yes. Emily asked if the bathroom is set up. Yes. Ambria said she’ll probably work on her room some today.
Emily asked if she’s still doing school stuff and if there was anything fun going on. Ambria said they’re having science meetings every Friday. Emily asked about roller derby. They still do workouts every Wednesday. Emily said she’s going to walk. She wants to get a treadmill.
