Emily asked what she’s doing. She turned on a light so Ambria could see her. Ambria told her she’s been cleaning up all her stuff. Emily asked if that’s a lot of work. Yes, because she had to clean her bathtub. Emily agrees that’s a lot of work.
Ambria told her she has the new address. Emily asked if she wanted her to write it down. Ambria said, “Sure.” Ambria gave her the address. Emily repeated it back. Ambria said that was right.
Emily thanked her in Spanish. Ambria said she didn’t know how to say “you’re welcome” in Spanish. Emily told her it was “de nada.”
Ambria told her she’s been picking out new things for her room. Emily asked what her room is now. Ambria said she won’t get new furniture but she wants a new duvet cover, blanket, an organizer for necklaces, and decorations for the walls. Emily said that sounds neat. Emily asked if she has a shelf where she keeps “Knick-nacks” and if that would go with her. Yes. Emily asked what she’s going to get. Ambria told her about the LED neon lightning bolt and what she wants in a duvet. She told her about the shower curtain with the galaxy on it. Emily asked what color the shower curtain is: white or black. Ambria said it’s more black. Ambria said since she can’t get the checkerboard duvet she wanted a checkerboard shower curtain but she liked the galaxy better.
Emily asked if she’s keeping her stuffed toys. Yes. Emily asked if she’s keeping posters. Yes. Emily said the black and white plaid duvet will look good. Emily asked about a rug. Ambria said she doesn’t need one since she has carpet.
Emily asked what she’s cleaning next. Ambria said she just needs to pack and vacuum. Emily asked when our last day is. We’re moving a week from Saturday. Emily said she had some time. Emily guesses she can work on it during the week. Yes. Emily said that’s good.
Ambria asked if Emily will email her Reda’s address. Emily said yes but she thinks it will be easier for her to send them to Emily’s address instead so she can take a video of her opening them. She thinks it will get lost if Ambria mails it directly. Emily asked if Ambria would like a video of her opening it. Ambria said yes. Ambria said she will send it to Emily’s address. She said she took things from Ambria before but hadn’t thought to video them.
Ambria asked her to tell Reda hi and she loves her. Emily said she hopes Ambria’s packing goes well. Ambria said she wants to go. Emily said she’ll talk to her Saturday. They ended the call May 6, 2020 3:24 PM
