Emily asked what she’s doing. Ambria said nothing. Emily asked about her third day off from school. Ambria said it’s good. Emily asked what she has done. Ambria hasn’t done anything. She said yesterday she got her hair trimmed yesterday.
Ambria said on Monday we went and walked around in Fremont. Emily asked what that was like. Ambria said it was nice but the sidewalks were funny. She said there was one place where they were really small. Emily asked if that’s really far from where we are. Ambria said yes and that it took an hour to get there. Ambria told her that’s where the Fremont troll is. Emily asked what that is. Ambria told her. Emily said she hadn’t heard of that. Emily said that sounds like fun. She asked if Ambria ate at any restaurants. Ambria told her we didn’t stay long and just walked around.
Ambria told her she had practice yesterday and it was the only practice of the week. She told her they have normal practices next week and their bout. Emily asked if it’s the bout for small people. Yes. Ambria told her it’s not full contact like they normally play. It’s modified full contact. She said last year, five of their players fouled out.
Emily said Ambria’s jacket looks warm. Yes. She said it looks like a furry one. Yes. Ambria told her she got it at Target.
Emily said Reda had a special guest the other day. Reda told her it was Elvis. They had an impersonator who came in and sang some songs. He passed out fake roses, and Reda got 3 of them. She felt sorry for him because his clothes looked old. Emily said he apparently spends more money on the roses than on his clothes. Ambria said that sounded like fun.
Emily said she checked on Ambria’s cats. Panda wanted to be petted. Emily picked her up for a while. Korra didn’t want to be picked up. Emily picked her up but kicked off soon after. She tried to pet them. She tried to tell them Ambria would be very upset at their behavior but they didn’t care.
Ambria searched for something to say. She told Emily she forgot what she was going to say.
She told her about their character analysis project in language arts that they’re now going to be doing on themselves. Emily asked how. Ambria doesn’t know. Emily asked what class since she didn’t understand what Ambria had said. Ambria told her language arts.
They’re signing up for classes for next year. Emily asked what she’s picking. Algebra 2, (History, Science (Biology), and Language Arts are already set), PE, and wood shop. Emily said those sounded fun except for gym. Emily asked if she’s not doing French. Ambria said she is but she forgot to mention it. Ambria said they have to have 3 years of PE to graduate. Emily asked what math classes they can pick from. Ambria said algebra 2 is her only choice right now. Emily asked if she’s in any special format classes. Ambria doesn’t think so. Emily asked if they offer AP classes. Ambria said they do but they are very hard. She’s not planning to sign up for them. Emily asked if she’s in any this year. They don’t have them for Freshmen.
Ambria said to tell Reda hi and she loves her. Emily asked if Ambria got anything in the mail. Emily told her about the necklace. It came from Anatista. Ambria asked where that is. Emily told her it’s the place they went in Pigeon Forge. Ambria thanked her. Emily said she’s glad she got all the stuff.
