Emily asked what she’s doing. Ambria said she just had breakfast. Emily asked what. Ambria said Joe Os. Emily said the cats made noise when she said it so she didn’t hear. Emily said the cat was playing in a bag. Ambria showed off the cat mug she is drinking tea from. Emily said she doesn’t have a cat mug.
Emily asked about the denim jacket on ebay. Ambria said it got sold but she got one at a thrift shop at Capitol Hill. Ambria said she would show it to her. Emily said she liked it. Ambria showed her the jeans she got too. Emily asked what size they are. Ambria said they go to her ankles. They are size 0. Ambria told her she got a flannel and showed it to her. Emily said it was “real cute.” Ambria said it’s soft. Emily said she has some plaid shirts like that. Ambria told her it was 1.50. Emily said that’s not bad.
Emily asked if she has a lot of plaid shirts like that. Ambria told her she has an orange one from the same store and a black one with pink blue and green, a black and white one, and she thinks she has one more. Emily asked when she wears them. Ambria said she hasn’t worn them a lot in a while. Ambria said she wears the orange with jeans and will wear the new one with leggings. Emily asked if she gets black leggings. Ambria said yes.
Ambria asked about Reda. Emily said she hasn’t talked to the therapist any more since the last update. Reda says she is walking 40. Emily doesn’t know what that means. Reda says she walked a really long distance Thursday. She walked from one room in physical therapy to another. Emily asked if they have a chair in case she gets tired. Reda said yes.
Emily said she tried to grab the cat but it jumped away at the last second. Emily said she’s going to have her lunch. She’s “super angry.”
Ambria told her about the roller derby clinic tomorrow. Emily asked what that is and if it was to brush up on skills. Ambria said yes. She has two more before tryouts. Emily asked if that’s counting tomorrow. Ambria said two more plus tomorrow. Emily guessed about what they would be practicing. Ambria said not those easier things but she’s not sure. Emily asked if she’s excited to start it again. Ambria said yes. Emily asked if the same people will be one the team. Ambria said probably.
Emily asked if she’s knitted. Ambria said she’s been busy with school. Emily asked about homework. Ambria said she has some from history and some from LA. That’s it. Emily said that’s not so bad. Emily said geometry will be “ugghhh.” Ambria said they won’t have much in that class.
Ambria told her about doing the pacer test in PE. Emily asked what it is. Ambria told her about it. Ambria got 25 times back and forth. Emily said “that seems like a lot of running, lot of beeps.” Ambria said one guy got 101. Ambria told her about the sit and reach test. She got 14 on that. Emily said, “So, you’re pretty flexible then?” Ambria agreed. Emily said she did something like that in elementary school.
