Ambria called Emily. Emily asked what she’s doing. Ambria said she just had breakfast. Emily asked what she had. Ambria told her she had eggs, orange slices, and a bagel sandwich. Emily said “that sounds good.” Emily asked about school. Ambria said she’s been working on her math project and is almost done. Emily asked when it’s due. Ambria said next Monday (a week from Monday). She showed her the pictures she has made for the project so far. Emily said the diamond is her favorite. Emily asked how many more she has to do. Ambria said she has 4 others that she will print at school. Ambria said they can just draw the graphs, but she thinks that will be harder. Ambria told her we toured the high school on Tuesday morning. Ambria told her they showed us where the classes are but she lost her bearings. Emily asked how many floors it has. Ambria said she thinks it has only two. Emily guessed it was spread out more than it was tall. Ambria told her it was led by students and that the library used to be the gym. She said she couldn’t even tell when we walked in. Emily asked if it’s weird to be starting there. Ambria said yes, and she thinks she will get lost. Emily said she might get lost but won’t stay lost. Emily said she was excited-slash-nervous. She thinks she wondered into the wrong classroom at one point because her schedule was worded weird. Emily said she doesn’t think Ambria will even get slightly lost. Ambria said she hopes they get a map. Emily asked if she will take a bus. Ambria told her she will walk since it’s half a block away. Emily said she could leave in 5 minutes. Ambria told Emily about the cat-sitting interview they had yesterday. Emily’s cat started making a lot of music and they started talking about it. Emily’s audio got dramatically worse. Ambria told her one was a calico and the other looked like a corgi but a cat. Emily asked their names. Ambria told her they are Stella and Fray. Emily asked how big they are. Ambria told her. Emily asked how long they watch them. Ambria told her it’s about a week. Ambria told her they’re in the apartment complex. Emily said it’s good they don’t have to go get them. Ambria said she wanted to go. Emily then started asking her questions. Does she have practice, does she have anything planned, and something else. Ambria told her she will go skating on Monday. They ended the call at 9:09 AM.
