Ambria had to do a voice call today because we were en route to an appointment. Her mom asked what she was doing. She told her she is on the way to an appointment. Emily asked what. She said it was the eye doctor. Emily asked about school. Ambria asked about Reda. Reda is eating food that is not puréed but it’s not solid either. Ambria said that is good. Emily asked about roller derby. Ambria told her it was good. They got to scrimmage. She jammed and got through the pack twice. She told her mom it was full-contact. Her mom asked what that means. Ambria told her you can hit to move people out of your way. Emily asked if she gets hit and if it hurts. Ambria said she does and it doesn’t really hurt. Emily asked about the pottery in art class. Ambria told her they aren’t working on it in class, so she has to work on it before school. Emily asked if she’ll have to get up early. Ambria said she probably won’t. Ambria told her about the fog we’ve had. Emily asked if her vision was worse. Ambria said it’s about the same. They started having some connection problems. It reconnected after about 30 seconds. She asked her mom to repeat what she was saying. Her mom asked how far the appointment was. Ambria said it isn’t very close. She said it’s near the university. Ambria told her about a science test. She said they had to find the density of different objects. Emily asked about it. Ambria said they can use notes and there are different parts of the test. Ambria said they are researching for a story they’re going to write in language arts. Her mom told her a funny story about her dog Panda. She had to take a bath and get her teeth brushed because her breath was smelly. Ambria said she wanted to go. They ended the call at 3:08 PM.
