8/11/2018 8:58 AM- Ambria tried to call Emily. Skype said she isn’t online.
She retried immediately at 8:59 AM with the same result.
She tried again at 9:00 AM with the same result.
I emailed Emily to let her know Ambria had made the three call attempts. Emily called via Skype at 9:05 AM. Ambria answered but no on responded when she said “hello.”
Ambria attempted to call her back at 9:06 AM. Skype again said she is offline.
Ambria tried a voice call instead of a video call (since this was apparently the nature of the call from Emily at 9:05; the phone said it was a Skype audio call). Skype again said Emily is offline.
Emily was mad that Ambria hadn’t tried to call her phone as an alternative. I relayed this to Ambria.
