Ambria called Emily. The call was answered and there was a long delay before Ambria said hello. Emily asked what she’s doing. Ambria said she just finished breakfast and told what she’d had. Emily said she thinks they are going to Moe’s today and they are going to get snowballs. She asked Ambria how many times she has been to Moe’s. Ambria said not many. Emily asked how her test went. Ambria said it was good. Some of it was hard but it was OK. Emily said that was good and asked how long it took. Ambria said she was done in about 1:45. Emily asked if she got to leave. Ambria said they had to stay. Emily asked what she did. Ambria said she read and worked on homework. Emily asked about the homework. Ambria said the math work was complicated but not hard. Emily asked how science is going. Ambria said it’s good and that they haven’t done much this week. They’ve done some population stuff. Ambria asked about the pets. Emily said the dog is in bed and the cat is under the bed. Ambria asked why she’s under there. Emily said she’s hiding from the dog. Ambria told her about Korra and Panda hiding in the mattress at Reda’s. Ambria told her about roller derby practice. She practiced jumping the apex. Emily said that sounded difficult and asked how she avoided falling. Ambria said she’s not very good at them. Ambria said they did an obstacle course with an apex jump and they had to use their edges to go around some cones. She said they then had to stop and walk on their toes behind some cones before skating to some chairs and doing a plow stop in front of them. Emily said it sounded complicated. Ambria said they’ve had more complicated courses. Emily asked if her bout is tomorrow or if it was last week. Ambria said it is next week. Emily asked where Ambria’s camera is at. Ambria asked what camera. Emily said on Skype. Ambria said it’s on and asked where Emily’s camera was. Emily turned hers on and was then able to see Ambria. Ambria told her about the bout they lost and said she thinks it’s because of her new coach. Emily said, “Did you get a new coach?” Ambria told her they had gotten one a few weeks back. Emily noticed her leggings and asked if she can wear them to school. Ambria said she can. They then talked about Ambria’s hair. Emily said the lady upstairs is moving today and there is a lot of noise. She went to see her and her 13-year-old dog that is really obese. The woman mentioned giving the dog her daily bowl of ice cream. Ambria asked what flavor and Emily said she hoped vanilla but “you never know.” Ambria told about Reda giving Korra and Panda biscuits and gravy. One ate the biscuits and one ate the gravy. Ambria asked if Reda told Emily about Korra’s knots. Reda said she got them all out, but Ambria seems to doubt she did. Emily asked if Ambria thinks she cut them out. Ambria said she wanted to go to take a shower. They ended the call at 9:11 AM.
