Ambria told Emily how much homework she has tonight. Emily asked if they go over it or if it gets graded. Ambria said they are graded for completion before going over them in class. Emily asked if Ambria had seen any of the marchers last weekend. Emily asked if Ambria was still enjoying her Switch games. Ambria told her she had played Splatoon 2 recently. Emily asked when it is coming out. Ambria told her it is already out. Emily asked if Ambria had played the Rabbids game. Ambria said she has. Emily asked if she has it. Ambria said she does. She listed the games she has. Emily said she sees them go on sale sometimes. She asked if Ambria wants the Kirby one. Ambria said, “Yeah, I thought it was fun.” Emily asked if Ambria is going to the food bank today. Ambria said she is. Emily asked how many hours she has. Ambria said over 20. Ambria told Emily she’s learning to find the surface area of cylinders, spheres, and cones in math. Emily said she isn’t sure how to do any of that. Ambria told her about the formulas. She showed her mom some of the work. She said they’re about to end their volleyball unit in PE. Emily asked what is next. Ambria said basketball. She told her mom about scrimmaging at roller derby. Ambria asked about Emily’s pets. Emily asked what ages the kids are on Ambria’s roller derby team. Ambria told her 12-18. Emily asked if they are rougher. Ambria said not really. Ambria said division 2 is full-contact, but they don’t do that in her league. Emily asked if she planned to move up. Ambria said she will probably stay where she is. Emily asked about school this week. Ambria mentioned they have some projects they are working on. Ambria started ending the call at 3:11 PM.
