Called Emily. The call started having problems. Had to reconnect early. Voice had lots of problems even when the call was connected. Ambria told Emily about the audio problems. Emily said she would try to fix the problem. The call disconnected at 5:01 PM. Ambria called back. I ran a speed test just before the disconnect.
The call disconnected again and Ambria again had to call Emily back. Ambria asked me if they could try turning off video. I said we had to do video because Emily insisted that we always use video and apologized. They talked about Ambria’s plans for Halloween. Emily asked what Ambria wants for her birthday. Ambria asked for a skate helmet and some new indoor wheels for her skates. The call continued to have issues with audio cutting out. E,I love you! Asked if Ambria had talked to Reda. Ambria said she had not. Emily said she had told Reda about the messages we sent Reda on Skype trying to set up a call. Emily said she suspects Reda probably still hasn’t gotten around to looking at those yet.
