Called Emily. She asked about dinner and homework. They talked about Taylor Swift and roller derby. Emily started wrapping up the call at about 5:09 saying, “Well, I hope you have a good rest of the week at school.” Ambria ended the call. After the call, she asked if she did a good job. I asked what she meant. She said she knew she should keep the calls at about 10 minutes. I told her that wasn’t the case. Ambria told me after the call that it was OK because 10 minutes was a good duration for the calls.
