Emailed Emily re: changing the Saturday call time.
We won’t be able to make the 5pm call on Saturday as we will be out at an event. Ambria told me last night she would like to set a different target time for her Saturday call since 5pm is not working out well. She thinks 9am could work better. That should give her time for the call before we go out for the day on most Saturdays. She will still need some flexibility in this. (For example, in early September, we have an event that goes the entire weekend, so, if she’s able to call that Saturday, it will be a quick call between activities.) Generally, though, we should be able to meet this time more often than not.
If you have a conflict at that time on a particular Saturday, just let me know and we’ll try to set up an alternative time. Otherwise, if I don’t hear back in the interim, we’ll plan to start at that new time this Saturday.
