Emailed Emily June 24, 2017 3:28 PM to let her know we would be later than 5pm starting the call. She said that would be fine and to let her know when we would call. Emailed her again June 24, 2017 5:40 PM. Started the call almost exactly an hour later. The call ended nearly 11 minutes after start.
