While trying to plan Ambria’s 2017 summer visit with Emily, I asked Emily for her Skype username so that I could arrange their twice weekly calls in an email with the subject line: URGENT: Need Ambria’s airline ticket information. The pertinent portion of that email:
Emily, please send me your Skype username so I can add you for the call. Contact me when you want to do a call with some times you have available, and I’ll reply back to let you know if any of your available times work with Ambria’s schedule.
